First, ensure that the chicken is not too cold before you start to prepare a bbq turkey. It should be either steamed, or boiled. You can also make your barbecue sauce from scratch in a skillet. Once the sauce has been prepared, reduce the heat to low or medium and put the chicken on grill. You will need to turn the other burner off if you have a 2-burner grill. How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do you create them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So I wanted to share some tips and tricks so that you can make delicious, fluffy omelets every morn.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Next, let's discuss mixing the eggs. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. To do this, take the bowl from the mixer and flip it upside-down. Then, vigorously shake the bowl. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.

The fun part is now - adding the milk to the mixture. Mix half of the milk with the eggs. Then fold the eggs in half into the remaining milk. Do not worry if you see streaks of egg; they will disappear when the omelet is flipped.

After folding the eggs, place the pan on medium heat and wait for the oil to start sizzling. When the oil is hot enough, add 1/4 cup butter to the pan. Stir it around until the butter covers the entire pan. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Cover the pan once the omelet is formed and allow it to cool completely. Use a spatula to flip the omelet or turn the pan upside-down. Cook the other side for about a minute. Remove the omelet from the pan and serve immediately.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
