Williams-Sonoma Grills by Altima

cooking tips for beginners

Williams-Sonoma began in a small company that manufactured decorative outdoor lighting for residential purposes. Charmglow was their trade name and they soon realized the potential for gas to be used as a fuel in other products. Their first outdoor gas grill was a 22 inch diameter, ring-shaped, griddle called The Perfect Host. Today, they manufacture a variety of different types of gas grills and accessories for both indoor and outdoor use.

Altima Sonoma grills come in two models: a four-burner standard unit and a modular island unit that has a sink, stove, and refrigerator. The entire system can be purchased for around 2300 dollars. The grill section is only 999 USD. It boasts a 64,000 BTU burner and covers an area of 872 square inches. A standard 4-burner unit comes with a sideburner, and a 756square-inch primary area.
