To grill potatoes, first cut them into four to eight pieces. Next, sprinkle the potatoes with salt. Then coat them with half a quart of garlic oil. Place the potatoes directly on the grates, or in a grill pan. For 30-40 minutes, grill the potatoes. Be sure to turn them several times and to baste with the remaining garlic-oil mixture halfway through cooking.

Grilled potatoes can be made quickly and are a great side dish for grilled meat. This dish is best made with new potatoes. They have a sweeter taste than traditional potatoes. These potatoes have a thin skin and soft middle. It's possible to cook several batches at once and they'll stand up to the grill.

Skewering potatoes is the next step after grilling them. You will need a well-soaked metal or wooden skewer to do this. After soaking the potatoes, grill the potatoes for two to three minutes each side. They should be able to slide effortlessly through a wooden or metal skewer. Fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese can make them more tasty.

Or, you can boil the potatoes in an ovenproof pot. After that, sprinkle some salt on the potatoes and let them simmer for ten min. Then drain them. Grilled potatoes can be made on the grill or baked in the oven. Follow the instructions in the packet. This potato is best served right away. However, leftovers will keep for up two days in the refrigerator. Make sure you use oven gloves while removing the potatoes from the oven. This will make them easier to handle.

Par-boiling potatoes can also improve the taste of your grilled potatoes. This is an excellent way of reducing the cooking time while obtaining crispy, charred outer skin. This step is often overlooked and can lead to mushy or undercooked potatoes.

How to make the perfect omelet

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How can you make them perfectly? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. When mixing eggs, it is important to thoroughly beat them. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. You don't need to worry if streaks remain. They will disappear once you flip your omelet.

After folding the eggs fold the pan onto medium heat. When the oil starts to hot, wait for the pan to cook. Add 1/4 cup butter to the oil and swirl it around to coat all sides of the pan. Next, carefully open the lid and sprinkle salt into your pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Once the omelet has formed completely, cover the pan and let it set for a few minutes. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the opposite side for another minute. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe works best using whole milk. Skimmed milk is also possible.
